1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Reeman Robotics website (reemanrobotics.com), mobile applications, products, software, documentation, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such case, "you" and "your" shall refer to that entity.

2 Use of Service

Reeman Robotics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for their intended purposes, subject to these Terms.

• Access product information, specifications, and technical documentation
• Submit inquiries and request demonstrations of our robotics solutions
• Use our open SDK and development tools as permitted by applicable licenses
• Access customer support and technical documentation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

3 User Obligations and Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or products
• Use automated systems or software to extract data without written consent
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on our Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, algorithms, and documentation—are the exclusive property of Reeman Robotics or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our robotics products incorporate proprietary technology protected by over 200 patents. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Services without prior written consent.

5 Product Purchases and Warranties

Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. All purchases are subject to our standard sales terms and conditions, including applicable warranty terms provided with each product.

Our robotics solutions, including Ironhide, HAMMER, Rhinoceros, Mini Autonomous Forklifts, and Fly Boat AMR Robots, are designed for industrial and commercial use. Proper installation, operation, and maintenance are essential for safe and effective use.

We provide 24/7 technical support for our products. Support coverage and response times are defined in your service agreement or warranty documentation.

6 Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reeman Robotics and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any operation, malfunction, or incident involving our robotics products

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one thousand dollars (USD $1,000), whichever is greater.

7 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reeman Robotics and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Services or products
• Your violation of any rights of a third party

8 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Shenzhen, China. You waive any objection to this venue.

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.
